Throughout my career as a Product Designer, I have focused on solving complex, user-centered problems across financial services and the hospitality industry. My journey began at the University of Michigan, where I studied UX Design in the School of Information.

I started my career at IBM, spending nearly five years as both a Technical Specialist and UX Designer in financial services, where I honed my ability to design intuitive, data-driven experiences for Fortune 500 clients. From there, I joined American Express as a Senior Product Designer, designing international credit card applications and later optimizing the credit card shopping experience to improve acquisition and engagement, including launching the new Business Gold Card and updated Delta Business Cards.

Currently, I am a Senior Product Designer at Resy, an American Express company, where I design experiences within Resy to drive Amex card acquisition. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and user intent—ensuring seamless, compelling experiences that spark curiosity and ultimately drive conversions.
